This document governs the relationship between Splitforce Global Pte. Ltd. and its industrial buyers. These terms apply to all quotations, orders, and contracts for high-performance industrial equipment.

SplitForce Global Pte. Ltd. is an industrial equipment manufacturer providing high-performance, precision-engineered two-piece coveralls. Our operations are registered at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. These terms apply to all usage of the website and industrial procurement activities.

All information provided on splitforceglobal.com is for industrial and business information purposes. While we strive for absolute accuracy in technical specifications representing our elite safety gear, we reserve the right to modify content to reflect continuous product engineering improvements.
Product enquiries and quotations
Industrial quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. For OEM and ODM requests, specific terms will apply as outlined in provided documentation. Quotations do not constitute a formal order until confirmed in writing by our sales team.
Order acceptance
We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason including, but not limited to, stock availability or regional delivery restrictions. An order is deemed accepted only when you receive an official Order Confirmation via email.
Pricing, currency and taxes
Pricing for industrial gear is subject to change without notice. Wholesale discounts are available for bulk crew support. All prices are exclusive of local taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise specified in your quotation.
Payment
Full payment is required prior to shipping for standard orders. For customized manufacturing runs, specific milestones and payment terms will be defined in the project agreement. All intellectual property remains with SplitForce until final payment is clear.
Customised and made-to-order products
Customized equipment, including modified sizing or company branding, cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced. Ensure all technical specifications and size distributions are verified before signing off on production.
Product standards, certification and suitability
Our gear is engineered to meet specific ASTM, ISO 9001, and CE certifications. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the specific PPE level (e.g., PPE 2) is suitable for their workforce's environment and meets local safety regulations.
Care, use and alterations
To maintain 15,000lb tensile strength and flame resistance, garments must be cared for according to provided instructions. Unauthorized alterations void all safety certifications and warranties related to industrial performance.
Shipping and delivery
We ship throughout Australia and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by global logistics challenges. SplitForce is not liable for delays secondary to customs processing or courier limitations.
Risk and title
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier. Title to the goods remains with SplitForce until full payment, including any shipping fees or taxes, has been received.
Inspection, claims and returns
Upon receipt, all items must be inspected. Claims for shortage or defect must be made within 7 business days. Returns for industrial equipment are subject to our standard Inspection, claims and returns policy.
Consumer protections
These terms do not exclude or limit any rights under local consumer laws that cannot be excluded by law. We provide equipment with standard guarantees of quality and performance for intended industrial use.
Intellectual property
All designs, technical drawings, and innovation relating to the worlds-first two-piece coverall system are the property of SplitForce Global. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our IP is strictly prohibited.
Liability
SplitForce is not liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper installation of our safety systems. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund value of the product purchased.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delays caused by Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, acts of war, or global pandemics affecting manufacturing or shipping operations.
Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. Personal details collected during the order process are handled according to our Privacy Policy and used strictly for business fulfilling purposes.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled through the legal systems in Singapore unless otherwise agreed.
General terms
If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in force. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding industrial sales.
